Manufacturer's Warranty:

One year limited warranty against manufacturer's defects. This warranty applies only to defective original material, or to defects arising from faulty workmanship. The warranty does not apply to defects resulting from normal wear and tear, product misuse, after market product alterations, or failure to follow assembly, use and care instructions supplied with the product. Product deemed to have freight damage or repaired is excluded from the warranty. Use of defective or damaged product, shall void any and all implied or express warranties. Any imperfections deemed by manufacturer to be part of the natural, antique or aged look shall not be considered a defect (color variations, cracks, shrinkage, distressing). We reserve the sole right to determine if product is defective, and if covered under warranty. Please forward pictures for inspection. The cost of photographs and returning the product to us shall be borne by the Dealer. We will either repair or replace necessary parts, at our option, within one year of the date of purchase by the original Dealer.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase so that we can help you. Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Original shipping costs may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value. Customized orders cannot be returned due to their uniqueness.
